What does ImrPRO run on?
ImrPRO is a native Windows desktop application (Windows 10/11 64-bit) distributed with a standard installer.
Which file formats can I import?
Reports from CMM and vision systems (including Zeiss Calypso, FARO CAM2, PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS, Aberlink, Keyence and Micro-Vu), CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL), scanner meshes (STL, PLY, OBJ), and Excel spreadsheets.
How does the Gauge R&R study calculate variation?
Studies calculate measurement system variation using Two-Way ANOVA and X̄-R methods, evaluating %GRR (%Study Variation), %Tolerance (%P/T), %Contribution, and Number of Distinct Categories (ndc ≥ 5) with automated acceptance verdicts.
Does it work offline?
Yes. ImrPRO's default mode needs no internet connection at all. Data is stored in a local SQLite database, and CAD parsing, OCR, SPC calculations and PDF generation all run on your PC. It is completely suitable for air-gapped environments.
Can several people share the same data on our network?
Yes. Workstations can use a shared database on your local network, so everyone sees the same jobs, equipment and calibration records. Larger multi-workstation sites can use an on-premise PostgreSQL server instead. Either way, your data stays inside your firewall.
Does it connect to our ERP or MRP system?
ImrPRO has a built-in bridge for Epicor ERP / Kinetic: it can pull job details and push inspection records through the REST API. For any other ERP or MRP, it exchanges data through DMT-style CSV files, JSON traveler tickets and watched hot-folders. If your system can import or export CSV or JSON, it can work with ImrPRO.
Can we showcase our own company logo on reports?
Yes. In Settings > Company Branding, you can upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, SVG). Every generated PDF report (FAI inspection packages, Calibration Certificates, and NCRs) automatically includes your logo and header information.
Is it secure for sensitive drawings and CAD?
ImrPRO runs as a normal Windows user process. It needs no administrator rights and opens zero listening network ports. Drawings and defense CAD files are never uploaded to an external server, because all processing happens locally in RAM.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), an Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or better, 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended for large 3D files), 1.5 GB of disk space, and an OpenGL 3.3+ graphics card for the 3D viewport.
